The City of White is named in the public record as Amphileph's capital in the Third Quarter — the heart of his kingdom in the Boundland, beyond the mountains that mark the edge of the Second Quarter. Chronicles remember it as an unholy seat of power, raised in pale stone under torch and moon.
The Pact of Ten
Here the Pact of Ten bound Amphileph after the Watchers' schism. Public theology keeps that binding as the great eastward seal of the Faithful — Evliit and the nine who stood against the rebellion. The city stands where that vow was spoken and where Amphileph's wrath against mankind was sworn in return.

Travelers' accounts and Guard records name a great domed temple at the city's center — columned outer ring, rising above walls and lower quarters. The Archives keep the temple and the city's pale masonry in the open geography of Etharath. Further records of the temple remain sealed.
